Thanks for the feedback. I mentioned this in the article, “It has been three years since I set up my HELOC. I have earned enough dividends to pay off the HELOC balance and had several thousands of dollars in capital gains.” Now that the HELOC is paid off with this plan, I will pause for a while and revisit when my bank starts lowering the interest rate. They haven’t lowered it to match the rate cuts for some reason.
